Certified Copy of Priority Document issued by the OHIM
When a design/trademark application is filed in Japan claiming a priority of the first filing at the OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market) under the Paris Convention, a certified copy of priority document must be submitted to the JPO.
