In principle, you have to file a Japanese translation along with the national documents within thirty months (the time limit for the national entry) from the priority date. If you submit the national documents sometime within two months before the expiration date for the national phase entry (30-month) to the expiration date, the time limit for submitting the Japanese translation is two months from the date you filed the national documents.
